Cancelation Policy

I completely understand the life we live today is super busy and certain things may come up… So we’ve put together the below cancellation policy to try and keep everything fair for yourself, our business and our other clients.

No Shows / Missing Your Appointment

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO SHOWS ARE TAKEN EXTREMELY SERIOUS. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT.

Our studio is strictly appointment only, with a large client waitlist, so your appointment rescheduling notice is very much appreciated.

DECEMBER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have an appointment from December 4th, you will receive a reminder EMAIL 3 days before with the option to reschedule any appointments if needed.

24 hours before your appointments you will receive another reminder text message. If any appointments are changed after this message is received, you will be charged 25% of the total service cost that is being reschedules/cancelled.

Our regular no show policy will still remain. If you do not attentend a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 100% fee of the services booked.

Please Avoid Running Late

If you are later then 10 minutes you appointment, it may have to be rescheduled.

Please plan ahead. If you are running late, please call the studio on 0452 611 882 as soon as possible. We are a time-based business and any delays in our service will effect all following appointments for the whole day, which can greatly inconvenience all our other clients. This means, if you are running extremely late to your appointment, it may result in our team being unable to perform all treatments of your service.

A Non-Refundable Deposit

To secure a Cosmetic Tattooing appointment I do require a non refundable $50 deposit. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled this can be done prior to 48 hours of the appointment with the same deposit being valid. The appointment can be rescheduled only once using this deposit. This $50 will be taken off the total of your appointment. If appointment needs to be cancelled, this deposit cannot be refunded.

Please Provide at Least 48 Hours Notice to Cancel

In the event that you are unable to make your booking, we kindly ask that you provide the Studio with at least 48 hours’ notice so that we can contact our waitlist and give your appointment one of our other clients. Your Non-Refundable Deposit will be used as a credit towards your next appointment.

Should you fail to contact the studio to cancel or reschedule your appointment within our notice period, your Non-Refundable Deposit will be forfeited. Please note, deposit amount will vary depending on service.

Covid-19 or Feeling Unwell

The health & safety of yourself, our clients and our team are of the upmost importance to us. In the event that you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you notify the studio ASAP, preferably within at least 48 hours of your appointment. Your Non-Refundable Deposit will be used as a credit towards your next appointment.
